    As an audio recording engineer with a passion for vintage recording equipment and classic Altec products, these pictures really capture my imagination. That link has just found its way into my bookmarks. Thanks for sharing.

    I saw this web on Altec 620 brand new cabinet made here with new 604 and old XO. This is for a local studio and not CBS.
    I'l try to find out who makes those cabinets with grill.

    If you're referring to the cabs in the upper portion of the photo, they look like 846A's (Valencia's), but the bases say (not literally) A7-500W's, with less than ideal photo depth perception. Note Altec logo's on bottom right of each.
